Interesting perspective. But when does neutrality = scarediness? How long can you hide behind “neutrality?” When can you finally say ;’This is me and who I am’ (says she hiding behind an anonymous blog).
Net neutrality has nothing to do with anonymity. It has to do with whether ISPs discriminate between different content on their network.

>>Fi Net Neutrality doesn’t have anything to do with anonymity, its a more corporate thing. Check out Google for it, while you can.

net neutrality != Net Neutrality
I haven’t seen anyone say that the practice/concept of net neutrality is bad. The question is whether or not the US Federal Gov’t is the right tool to enforce it.

Isn’t most of those Internet companies owned by joooz! Where is net neutrality?
Who said neutrality equals anonymity? Neutrality is equal (and presumably free) access, not the sharing personal information.

Obviously, it isn’t real, because to use stumble upon you need acces to the rest of the internet!
but we all have to fight for net neutrality! to arms, brethren, we must fight for what we believe in, and in europe, we don’t believe in trading in freedom for security, like in the land of the free and the home of the brave..

In the U.S. there are some of us who do not believe in trading in freedom for security, but we are small and shrinking number.
“to arms, brothers.”
What “arms”? As in the “arms” of your easy chair?
Is net neutrality important?
To whom is net neutrality important?
It’s important to those who have to have a “crusade”…but are unwilling to open their eyes to what is truly important.
Need a crusade to call your brothers to arms?
How ’bout Darfur? Or Iraq? Or people dying because they have no health care?
You’ve not chosen your battle…your battle has chosen you…because you are just that weak.

The net losing it’s neutrality is just as important as our lacking health care system and the invasion of Iraq, at least in the aspect it’s an egregious violation of justice. Just because we’re not talking about your justice leaves you without a reason to complain.

@ wim: our unelected dictator in the UK is quite prepared to take away our freedom in exchange for ’security’, and tax us all to death in the process…
as Thomas Jefferson said, “he who trades liberty for security deserves neither and will lose both.”
Some people have too much time
