   I know someone who works as a midwife, and one expectant mother had no idea she was pregnant, nor how the baby got there. The woman in particular came from a very reclusive family background with extremely conservative parents.
   Some people just arent sex educated properly, if at all, plain and simple. It has nothing to do with stupidity.
